How It Works!

Use the form below to send us an email so we can get your name on the list when its time to process. Choose the size that works best for you and your family - offering 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and full sizes at $3.15/lb hanging weight. With an expected hanging weight size of 500-675 lb per beef. 

We use two local processors (Swanks Meats in St. Croix Falls, WI and Mikes Northwoods Locker in Clayton, WI) and arrange the transportation for those locations. The customer is in charge of the processing fees and we give our customers the ability to have control of how they want their beef processed. 

Once processing is complete and full payment is made, you are able to pick up your beef from our farm and enjoy!
